Shop terms and refund policy

Last updated: 2026-10-27. These terms cover the paid packs in our shop. The free pages have their own terms of use.

Who you’re buying from

The shop is run by Karan Kumar, trading as Colouring Nest (70 Sarabande Avenue, Redwood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand). Contact: support@colouringnest.com. Payments are processed for us by Stripe, which also works out sales tax. Files are delivered from our own website.

Where we sell

We can’t sell to buyers in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom yet, because of VAT rules for digital sales. Our free pages stay free everywhere.

What you get

Every product is a digital download: PDF files (US Letter and A4) or, for the design pack, SVG, PNG and PDF files, delivered as a ZIP. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are in US dollars (buyers in Australia, New Zealand and Canada pay the fixed local price shown at checkout) and include any sales tax or VAT due.

Right after payment you are taken to a download page on our website with your files. Bookmark it: it works for 30 days after you buy, and we’ll send a new link if you lose it. Stripe emails your receipt. Made-to-order packs (such as the Personalized Name Pack) are emailed within the turnaround shown on the product page.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds just for a change of mind after download, except where your local law gives you more rights. Not sure? Print a few of our free pages first to check how our designs look on your printer.

We will fix the problem or refund you in full if a file is broken, unreadable, missing pages, not what the product page described, or if you bought the same product twice by mistake. Email support@colouringnest.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method.

If a made-to-order pack has a spelling mistake we made, we’ll remake it free. Please check the spelling you typed at checkout.

Licenses

Each product comes with the license named on its page: personal, classroom (one teacher), commercial, or a 12-month site licence for one facility or one school. The full terms are at /shop/license/ and in the LICENSE.txt file in every download. All designs stay © Colouring Nest.

How the designs are made

Every design is original, drawn by Colouring Nest’s own pattern-making code (procedural geometry, not an AI image generator), then selected and laid out by us. Parts of our code and text were written with help from an AI assistant.

Privacy

Checkout happens on Stripe’s secure pages. Stripe collects your name, email, payment and billing details to take payment and work out tax. We can see your name, email, country and what you bought in our Stripe account, and use them only for your order and support; our website doesn’t store them. We never see your full card number. Children

The shop is for adults: parents, teachers, carers and grown-up colorists. Children should ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you buy applies to your purchase.
