What the licence allows
- Print unlimited copies at one facility (one care home, day centre, library branch or community centre at one address) for 12 months from the date you buy.
- Let every staff member, volunteer and activity coordinator at that facility print and use the pages with residents, members and visitors.
- Keep the files on the facility’s own computers or a private, staff-only shared drive.
- Give people their finished pages to keep, and display finished work at the facility (with the colorist’s permission).
- Keep using copies you printed during the 12 months after the licence ends. To print new copies after that, renew the licence.
What it doesn’t allow
- Share the files with other facilities, including other homes or branches in the same group: each site needs its own licence. (Email us about a price for several sites.)
- Post the files on a public website, social network or resource-sharing site, or email them to people outside the facility.

What the licence allows

- Share the PDFs inside the school’s private, password-protected systems, such as a staff drive, Google Classroom, Seesaw or the school’s learning platform.
- Send printed pages home with students.
- Keep using copies you printed during the 12 months after the licence ends. To print new copies after that, renew the licence.
What it doesn’t allow
- Share the files with other schools, a district or a trust: each school needs its own licence. (Email us about a price for several schools.)
- Post the files on a public website, a public class page or a resource-sharing site such as Teachers Pay Teachers.
- Sell the files or printouts, or use the designs in anything you sell, including PTA fundraising products.
How site licences work
- One site, one year. A licence covers one care home, library branch, community centre or school at one address, for 12 months from the day you buy.
- Everyone on site can use it. Staff, volunteers and teachers at that site can print as many copies as they need and keep the files on a private, staff-only drive.
- Renew if you want more. Pages you printed during the year are yours to use afterwards. To print new copies after 12 months, buy the licence again. Nothing renews automatically.

Can we try it first?
Yes: print some of our free bold and easy pages or alphabet pages to check how our designs print, then look at the sample pages above.

Each site needs its own licence. Email support@colouringnest.com and we’ll suggest a price for several sites.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Stripe, our payment processor, emails a PDF invoice and a receipt with every licence order, and you can add your organisation’s name at checkout. If you need a quote first or want to pay by purchase order, email support@colouringnest.com.
Do the pages help with memory or learning?
We don’t make health or educational claims. These are well-made activity pages that are easy to see, print and enjoy; how you use them is up to you and your organisation’s own guidance.
How are the designs made?
Every design is original, drawn by Colouring Nest’s own pattern-making code (procedural geometry, not an AI image generator), then selected and laid out by us.
