What we sell: Printable colouring and early-learning pages delivered as PDF downloads, and 12-month site licences for schools and care homes. Nothing physical is shipped.
Site licence prices: School site licence: US$39.00 per school for 12 months (A$59, NZ$69, C$55). Care home activity licence: US$49.00 per care home for 12 months (A$75, NZ$85, C$69). 2–4 sites: 20% off each. 5 or more sites: 30% off each, by quote. 2 years paid up front: a further 10% off.

Payment methods: Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. Invoices are issued through Stripe on 30-day terms and paid online from the secure link on the invoice. We never send bank details by email.
Purchase orders: Accepted. Your PO number is printed on the invoice.
Currency: US dollars (USD). Fixed prices in Australian, New Zealand and Canadian dollars (AUD, NZD, CAD) are available.
Tax: Colouring Nest is a New Zealand business. It is not registered for GST or VAT, so no GST, VAT or sales tax is added to prices or invoices.
US schools and districts: A completed IRS Form W-8BEN is available on request.
Delivery: Download link by email. For invoiced orders, access starts when the invoice is issued.
Refunds: If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, email us within 14 days and we fix it or refund you. Terms: colouringnest.com/shop/terms/
Where we sell: Not available to buyers in the EU, EEA or UK yet.

How invoiced orders work

Send the request. Use the form at colouringnest.com/licences/quote/ or email support@colouringnest.com. Tell us how many sites, for 1 or 2 years, and your purchase order (PO) number if you have one.
We reply with an invoice. Within 2 business days we email a Stripe invoice (for 5 or more sites, a quote to approve first). Your PO number is printed on it, and you have 30 days to pay.
Access starts straight away. Your download link comes with the invoice, so staff can start printing as soon as it is issued, before payment.
Pay online. Pay by card from the secure link on the invoice, any time within the 30 days.
Nothing renews by itself. The licence runs for 12 or 24 months from the invoice date. To carry on after that, ask for a new invoice.
