One PDF, three pages: a poster with a QR code to colouringnest.com, a sheet of our five favourite printables, and a how-to guide.
Five favourite printables
Each page has its own A4 and US Letter PDF, and can be coloured online too.
How to use it
- Start with bold and easy. Pages with thick lines and big spaces are easier to see and to colour inside. Print them a little darker if your printer allows.
- Offer a choice. Put out two or three pages and let each person choose. Some people prefer word searches to colouring, and that is fine.
- Keep it relaxed. There is no right way to colour. Chunky pencils, felt pens or crayons all work; keep sessions short and stop when people have had enough.
- Read our guides. Our guide to sharing colouring with someone living with dementia has practical tips from carers and health organisations, with sources.
- Share with families. Families can print the same pages at home for visits. The poster QR code opens our seniors page.
