Four autumn bookmarks on one page, each with a word in bubble letters (“autumn”, “fall”, “cozy”, “leaves”) and pictures to colour. Printed at 100% each bookmark is 4.2 × 20.1 cm on A4 (1½ × 7½ in on US Letter). Colour them, cut them out, punch the hole and tie on a ribbon or a piece of wool.
Bookmark size
Each bookmark when the PDF is printed at 100% (actual size):
| Measure | On A4 | On US Letter |
|---|---|---|
| Width | 4.2 cm | 1½ in |
| Length | 20.1 cm | 7½ in |
How to make the bookmarks
- Print the page at 100% on card or thick paper (160–200 gsm, or 65–110 lb cover stock) so the bookmarks are stiff; plain paper works too.
- Colour the words and pictures with pencils, crayons or felt tips. Felt tips can show through thin paper, so colour on a scrap sheet.
- Cut round each bookmark along its outline.
- Punch the small circle with a hole punch and tie on a ribbon, a piece of wool or a tassel.

Printing tips
- Print at 100% (actual size) so the shapes match the sizes listed.
- Thin card (160–200 gsm) makes sturdy stencils and decorations.
- Fold the paper and cut two layers at once for matching pairs.
- Paper snowflakes are the exception: use thin printer or origami paper, because every cut goes through 12 layers.
