Colour a rangoli page in bright pinks, oranges and yellows, cut it out and put it by the front door. The diya pages look lovely with gold or yellow flames.
Every page can be colored online on a phone, tablet or computer, or printed from its free US Letter or A4 PDF. Print the PDF at 100% so nothing is cut off.

About Diwali
Diwali (Deepavali) is the festival of lights, celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and some Buddhists over about five days in October or November. Families light diyas, make rangoli patterns at the door, share sweets and wear new clothes. The date follows the Hindu lunar calendar and can differ by a day between communities.
Our pages are about light, flowers, food and patterns: diyas, rangoli, lanterns, marigold torans and sweets. They don't show deities, so they suit every classroom. The easy rangoli and the diya page have big shapes for young children; the hard rangoli is detailed enough for adults.
