Renewal and cancelling, in plain words

  • You pay once a year. The price above is the whole yearly amount. Your membership starts the moment you pay.
  • It renews by itself every year on the date you joined, at the same price, until you cancel. If we ever change the price we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
  • We remind you 30 days before each renewal, by email, with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
  • Cancel online in two clicks from your members page (Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription), or email support@colouringnest.com. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
  • Forgot to cancel? Email us within 14 days of the renewal and we refund it in full.
  • Faulty file? We fix it or refund you, as for any pack. Full terms: membership terms.

Paying by invoice or purchase order

Schools, care homes and libraries that can’t pay by card can ask for an invoice for the School or Care & library plan: we send a Stripe invoice with your PO number and 30 days to pay, and access starts when the invoice is issued. Two to four sites get 20% off each, five or more 30% off. Ask for a quote or invoice · Supplier details

Rather pay once with no subscription? Every pack is still sold on its own in the shop, to keep for good.

Questions

Is everything on the free site still free?

Yes. All of the free pages stay free to print and color online, with no account. A membership adds the printable packs from our shop, which aren’t on the free site.

Which plan do I need?

Pick by who will print the pages. At home: Home. One teacher with their own classes: Teacher. Several teachers at one school: School, which costs less than three Teacher plans. A care home, day centre or library branch: Care & library. Each organisation plan covers one site at one address.

How do I get the files?

Right after payment you land on your members page with a download button for every pack. Bookmark the personal members link it gives you. Lost it? Enter your email on the members page and we email you a new one.

How do I cancel?

On your members page, choose Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. It takes two clicks and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. You can also email support@colouringnest.com.

Will you remind me before it renews?

Yes, by email 30 days before every renewal, with the date, the amount and how to cancel. Forgot anyway? Email us within 14 days of the renewal and we refund it.

Can I just buy one pack instead?

Yes. Every pack is still sold on its own in the shop, to keep for good with no subscription. The membership is better value if you want more than three or four packs, or the new ones as they come out.

Can our school pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Use the quote and invoice form: we send a Stripe invoice with your PO number and 30 days to pay, and access starts when the invoice is issued. Two or more schools or care homes get 20% off each (30% off for five or more).

Do the files carry the right licence?

Each pack’s LICENSE.txt describes the license it is sold with on its own. As a member, your plan’s licence applies to every pack instead, for as long as your membership is active.
