Tip: print the PDF at 100% ("Actual size"). The numbers are small on purpose: fine-tip markers or sharp coloured pencils work best, and the large-print pages (3 and 4) have bigger spaces. Online, pick a colour and tap a space; "Show hints" tints each space with its colour.

Colour each space to match its number in the key, and a rose in full bloom: five layers of petals in reds and pinks with green leaves around it appears. The colours are red, light green, light blue, pink, rose, peach, lemon, lilac and blush, and the key under the picture shows each one as a swatch with its name, so any brand of pencils or markers will do. Page 2 of the PDF is the coloured answer key; pages 3 and 4 are a large-print version with 154 bigger spaces and bigger numbers, for tired eyes or a quicker session.
