Sunset Mandala: Color by Number for Adults

Sunset Mandala is a free medium color by number page for adults with 118 numbered spaces and 12 colors. Print the US Letter or A4 PDF (with an answer key and a large-print version), or color it online by tapping each space.

Tip: print the PDF at 100% ("Actual size"). The numbers are small on purpose: fine-tip markers or sharp coloured pencils work best, and the large-print pages (3 and 4) have bigger spaces. Online, pick a colour and tap a space; "Show hints" tints each space with its colour.

Colour each space to match its number in the key, and a sunset mandala of orange and gold petals on deep indigo, with fan corners appears. The colours are red, orange, yellow, purple, pink, rose, peach, lemon, indigo, lilac, blush and gold, and the key under the picture shows each one as a swatch with its name, so any brand of pencils or markers will do. Page 2 of the PDF is the coloured answer key; pages 3 and 4 are a large-print version with 52 bigger spaces and bigger numbers, for tired eyes or a quicker session.

Questions about this page

Is there an answer key?

Yes. Page 2 of the PDF is the finished picture in colour, with the numbers faintly showing, so you can check as you go or peek at the end.

What does large print mean here?

Pages 3 and 4 are the same picture with fewer, bigger spaces (52 instead of 118) and larger numbers, which suits seniors, low vision or a shorter session.
