Which size should I choose?

Large print (9 × 9, about 8 words across and down) suits seniors, anyone with low vision and children from about 6. Easy 10 × 10 is a quick, relaxing puzzle. Medium 13 × 13 adds diagonal words, and Hard 16 × 16 hides 20 words in all eight directions, including backwards, for a real challenge.

Is it good for seniors?

Yes. Choose “Large print” for big letters and words that only go across and down, and press “Larger print” to make the letters and buttons bigger still. There is no clock to beat (the time is only for your own record), Pause stops it, and Hint helps whenever you like. Sound is off unless you turn it on.

Can I print these word searches?

Yes. The Easy, Medium and Hard puzzles are the same as our printable word searches, which print on one page with an answer key on the next. For very big letters on paper, see the large print word searches.

How many puzzles are there?
