Two word family houses. The -at house has a cat, a hat and a bat; the -an house has a van, a can, a pan and a fan. Next to each picture is a box and the family ending. Children say the word, write its first letter and read the whole word back. Seeing the same ending again and again shows how one letter change makes a new word that rhymes. Page 2 is the answer key.
