Sixteen sums of two fractions with the same denominator, from thirds to twelfths, such as 2/7 + 3/7. Add the top numbers and keep the bottom number: two sevenths and three sevenths make five sevenths, just as two apples and three apples make five apples. Every answer is less than one whole, and no answer needs simplifying, so the sheet stays on the one idea.
