Four two-digit numbers across the top and twelve cards to cut out underneath. Every number has three cards: one with its base ten blocks, one in words such as “3 tens 4 ones”, and one in expanded form such as 30 + 4. Children cut along the dashed lines, sort the cards and glue each one in a box under its number. Watch for numbers with the same digits in a different order. Page 2 shows every card in its place.
